Returns Policy

 

Anouska London Jewellery will refund any items you are not completely happy with, provided they are returned to us in the same condition in which they were received within 14 Days of receipt. All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. We will not accept returns on any items of jewellery that have been worn, or are not in their original packaging.

 

Within the UK, all jewellery must be returned via Royal Mail Special Delivery, at the expense of the customer. For the rest of the world, all orders must be returned via an insured and tracked delivery service at the expense of the customer. We will not accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned items that were sent by any means other than those stated above.

 

Delivery charges of the original order will not be refunded, nor will any customs duties and taxes accrued on orders outside of the UK.

 

Faulty items will only be accepted by us if the items were delivered to the customer damaged, or if a manufacturing fault arises within 4 months of receipt. The faulty/damaged items will be inspected and assessed at the studio where an outcome will be decided on, taking fair wear and tear into account. After assessment, items may be repaired where repair is possible.

 

Exchanges

 

Anouska London Jewellery will be happy to offer an exchange on items you are not completely happy with, provided they are returned to us in the same condition in which they were received within 14 Days of receipt.

 

Shipping Times and Rates

 

All mainland UK deliveries will be made via Royal Mail First Class Recorded and will require a signature upon arrival. All orders are made especially for you and therefore all orders are aimed to be shipped within 3 working days. If you do require an order any sooner than this, please contact us and we will endeavour to assist.

 

All International deliveries will be made via Royal Mail International Signed For with tracking. All orders are made especially for you and therefore all orders are aimed to be shipped within 3 working days. If you do require an order any sooner than this, please contact us and we will endeavour to assist.

 

 

Packaging and Delivery

 

All of our jewellery is beautifully packaged in tissue and a velvet Anouska London Jewellery pouch, box or gift box and is despatched in a padded envelope.

 

If items are delivered damaged, such damage must be reported to Anouska London Jewellery by email (info@anouskalondon.com) within 48 hours of receipt.
